Our Favorite
When I first started shaping twin fins, my goal was to build surfboards that people thought were thrusters when they saw them being surfed by way of performance. It wouldn't be until the board was flipped over that they would know there were only two fins.
Because of that I spent a lot of time searching for the best fin to use for the high performance twins I was shaping. The fin I landed on loving the best between me and Jordan was the Rumour. Pretty versatile in a lot of my high performance twins. The video above is of Jordan using that fin.
It ended up becoming a favorite fin of guys that were used to riding high performance thruster shortboards because it gave them a familiar feeling. When I first met Kale Cadam, he was only riding thrusters and then slowly transitioned to more diverse boards and more fin configurations. The Rumour became a favorite of his.
